Short Bio
alessandro tinelli studied fine arts, photography and painting

in 2005 he was awarded an artist-in-residence at fabrica research and communication center of benetton

his career started already in 2002 producing and directing the video sartoria for underground fashion brand carpe diem followed by solo and group exhibitions in europe

in
2007 he moved to japan and started a productive collaboration with flower artist azuma makoto and the iconic fashion retailer lift in daikanyama

in 2009 he filmed mirror stone a documentary movie in okinawa followed by a collection of short videos on the japanese islands and travel film-diaries around the world including china, greece, india, nepal and ukraine

since 2012 he lives and works in paris
